• Payment records: order references, amounts, and payment status. We do not see or store your card details.
• Usage data: tokens purchased, wallet balance and transaction history.

Card payments are handled entirely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card number and security details are never transmitted through or stored by our servers.

• To create and manage your account and wallet.
• To process purchases and deliver your WiFi tokens, including by email.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To prevent fraud and keep our network and accounts secure.
• To send service updates, receipts, and important notices.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work correctly.

Token codes are stored encrypted, passwords are hashed, and access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff only. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We keep your account and transaction records as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. You may ask us to delete your account data at any time by contacting support.
